Confirmation & Cancellation Policy

Appointments are confirmed at the time of booking and a courtesy reminder is sent 48 hours prior to your booking.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee.
Same-day cancellations or missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged at 100%.

Appointment Timing

As our waiting space is limited, we recommend you arrive at your scheduled appointment time.
Arriving 15 minutes late may mean your blow-dry/finish is forfeited.
More than 15 minutes late may result in part or all of your appointment being cancelled, and cancellation fees will apply.

Guest Seating

To ensure a comfortable experience for all, our seating is reserved for clients with appointments.
We kindly ask that additional guests and children only attend when they have an appointment booked.
